    But why this coming allocation time changed to Dec/2010, it should be on March/2011. Everyone can make the choice no matter you are allocated / or informed of a flat in the past scheme except you give up the (3 times) choice in the past year

    如果未有分配到公屋的人，就需要重新申請。要留意的是一零/一一的公屋屋邨地區和單位數目是不同的。

紅磡邨第2期正在興建中，共有三座樓宇，將為1座46層、1座41層及1座29層的非標準公屋大廈，預期2011年3月落成入伙
紅磡邨所在地是位於家維邨和黃埔新邨的中間，可說是紅磡的中心點，步行至黃埔和土瓜灣只需5-10分鐘，來往交通相當方便，而且巴士和小巴也不經過紅磡邨相鄰的街道，也沒設有大型商場，不論日間夜間都相當安靜。
