HD ask you 寫信再 fax去取消之前一年的申請, you based on what reason to cancel your application ah ???? If you submitted letter to cancel your application, technically it meant your application was cancelled by yourself voluntary, HD會不會 defer 你 one year ah ?? 你 must clarify clearly on this point wo ??????  If you applied on the year of 2009 -2010, HD does not offer quota to you, it is not your fault, every applicant must have the right to apply next year and no need to 寫信 and 取消之前一年的申請, what is the purpose of HD ???
