收左信後大約 7- 8 days go to 睇樓, if you have no problem, you will get the key and pay the rent at the same time,  HD must also give an intervals time to you, and let you have the time to go to your estate for site visit ka !!!!(you may use Saturday or Sunday go to site visit law)(For example, you receive the letter on Wednesday, you may go to 睇樓 on next Thursday, if you receive the letter on Saturday, you may go to 睇樓 on next next Monday or Tuesday )   My unit Rm 5 is facing to North , I have already go to site visit to my floor & 環境 on last Saturday, I feel it may be OK la !! 運輸大sir對往後3年東九龍交通改善?計劃,現時往中環,金鐘,地鐵&紅隧(土瓜環)皆擁擠不堪,將來牛下,東頭,啟德入伙,.....?,都系西九好,有多幾條鐵路,(荃灣,東涌,西鐵線)西隧紅隧
