請問房署是否需要單親媽媽提交撫養權文件,請問有冇朋友試過

因為我上次去佢話有需要會要求我提交撫養權文件,佢又話唔知要唔要,講定我聽先,咁我咪好擔心囉!!
所以先問下有冇人試過要點做??

if you are represented by 律師, your 律師 will give you back "絕對離婚令 and 法庭撫養權文件" after the proceeding concluded.
if you are unrepresented, The Family Court will send you "絕對離婚令 and 法庭撫養權文件" to your correspondence address directly by post.
if you are lost these documents, you may go to The Family Court in person (in Wanchai District Court, M/F) to apply and pay the required fee,  and wait for about 3 - 4 weeks, you will get back the copy of  these document.

我女兒是非婚生子女,又點會有離婚證明呀,父母都分開左, 又冇贍養費,我只想有間屋啫,唉!!!!!!!!!
